My name is Pablo and I absolutely love empanadas. For over a decade, I have been chasing the perfect empanada. Eventually, I decided to craft my own recipes since I couldn't find what I was looking for. Fast forward to 2018, I left my corporate career to start this small, artisanal business, which I named A Perfect Empanada. While I may always chase a better empanada, I am thrilled and excited to bring my gourmet, unique and irresistibly delicious empanadas to the local Rhode Island market.
